American Women Veterans is for information. It is not medical, legal or financial advice, and reading it does not make us your doctor, lawyer or advisor. We are not part of the VA or any government agency. Rules and benefits change, so check with the VA or a qualified professional before you act. We work to be accurate, but we cannot promise everything here is complete or up to date.

In a crisis

This site cannot respond to emergencies, and the contact form is not watched around the clock.

We link to sites we do not run, such as VA.gov. We are not responsible for what is on them or how they treat your information.
