That is the entire point. The previous version of this system spent five weeks building durability machinery and never published anything at all. This time the publishing path is proven first: a hostname resolves to a site row, the site row selects a theme, the theme renders an article, and the article is reachable on a real domain.

Everything that follows — source ingestion, claim planning, drafting, verification, review — writes into the path this article just walked.
