    I worked in the 4th BCT BDE S-1 shop. This woman was a very hard and dedicated Soldier. She is flying high in heaven above. You can rest now, young Soldier. Your work is done. May you R.I.P. Your sacrifice will NEVER be fogotten. See you on the other side. Amen. Godspeed. HOOAH!!!

    Few people are aware of the 18 hour days of hard work the 782 BSB performs in their mission to facilitate the drawdown of troops from Afghanistan via the Kandahar Airfield. In the plywood office headquarters of their busy motorpool, their “Honor Wall” displays the pictures of their soldiers lost since January when they began arriving at KAF. She is the first female to
    grace the current Honor Wall which included 15 soldiers prior to her death. She is an example of the courage and strength of the young Americans working in Afghanistan — in her case as a member of a female engagement team. Thank you SPC Fitts. You will not be forgotten.
